We currently offer shipping services within Egypt only. Deliveries are made to all governorates across the country.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Other Governorates: Deliveries to other regions usually take up to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: we offer a flat rate of EGP 100 on all orders across the country.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 days after order confirmation.
5. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made everyday of the week except Fridays and public holidays.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. To arrange a re-delivery, please contact our customer care team on +20 1040 555 922 or prive@lescribeofficiel.com. Additional shipping fees may apply.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email. Visit the Aramex Tracking Page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
